Harbin Museum (Harbin Cultural Relics Station) is a state-owned museum in the cultural relics system established on November 28, 2019.

A total of 6 exhibition halls are open (Harbin Sino-Soviet Friendship Association Memorial Hall, Harbin City History Exhibition Hall, Harbin Cultural Relics Museum, Kitakata Antique Art Collection Hall, European Copperplate Collection Hall, Contemporary Image Art Museum). The second phase plans to build 9 exhibition halls (Heilongjiang Literature Museum, Heilongjiang Printmaking Museum, Russian Oil Painting and Sculpture Exhibition Hall, Harbin Overseas Chinese Life Exhibition Hall, Northern Oil Painting Personal Collection Exhibition, Harbin Clock and Watch Collection Exhibition Hall, Harbin Lacquerware Art Exhibition Hall, Celebrity Letters Exhibition Hall, Ancient Pottery Museum). These halls are currently undergoing exhibition design, and the exhibition will be arranged after the design is completed and verified. The new museum covers an area of ​​nearly 32,000 square meters, a construction area of ​​74,000 square meters, and a building area of ​​more than 40,000 square meters. It is the first comprehensive public welfare museum group in Harbin that integrates collection, exhibition, research, public education and training, and cultural exchange activities.
